We're on the intensive lookout for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with an analytical mindset who is passionate about Python programming, Big Data and Data Science and has hands-on experience in Reinforcement Learning.

Team size: 7 (Data Scientist, ML Ops Architect, ML Engineer, BI Developer)

You'll be reporting to: Head of the Big Data Team

What are your duties?

• Designing, developing and maintaining Reinforcement Learning models in for use in mobile games,
• Proposing and implementing state-of-art ML solutions in gaming,
• Proposing and implementing improvements for existing processes based on ML solutions,
• Stay up to date on the state-of-the-art in Machine Learning ideas and software,
• Share the knowledge, results, and impact to the Team and the broader scientific community through papers, presentations, and technical reports.

What should you offer?

• 5+ years experience working as a ML Engineer,
• Have recent experience in some combination of the following programming languages and tools: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI Gym, Ray, Kubeflow,
• Have experience with cloud computing,
• experience in designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining Reinforcement Learning Systems,
• A passion for statistics and mathematics, with excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex technical issues effectively and appropriately for a wide range of audience,
• proactivity, curiosity, responsibility,
• good knowledge of English (at least B2).
