Live Operation Game Specialist
We're on the intensive lookout for Live Ops Specialist. So if you’re creative, ambitious, and up for taking over the industry, we want you on our team! With a strong focus on optimization topics, you will be in charge of managing our games events and features that determine our revenue. As a Live Ops Specialist at Real Boxing, you will be responsible for planning, creating, launching, and running events in the game. This position can be or become managerial, depending on your experience and potential.
What are your duties?
- Designing features & content for our game,
- Building and owning the Live Ops Calendar utilizing different systems and levers for maximum performance,
- Devising improvements, hypotheses and A/B tests with the team to make data-informed recommendations when planning the next steps,
- Improving our products LTV and developing monetization features,
- Developing and maintaining detailed documentation (guides, features design,...),
- Working with a multi-discipline team (~20 game freaks) to execute and improve Live Operations in the game,
- Coordinating and setting up the various in-game communication tools (assets creation, push notifications and so on),
- Monitoring the performance of the events and their impact on the retention and revenue of the players,
- Suggesting optimizations to the game,
- Creating benchmark analysis of competitive Live Operations and/or their features.
What should you offer?
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position in the games industry,
- Previous experience in Game Design on mobile games,
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Free-to-Play business model,
- Know how on Games as a Service, worked on games with a long lifespan which is updated regularly with new levels and content, new game modes, and other ongoing improvements,
- Strong knowledge in one or more of these fields: GD/Data/Monetization,
- Confidently utilize KPIs in planning, analysis and reporting, ability to demonstrate examples of data-driven decision-making,
- Strong organizational skills with a data-driven mindset & problem-solving skills,
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate plans at varying levels of detail to different audiences
What about your technical background?
- Very good command of English and willingness to work in an international environment,
- Proficient with Excel,
- Great with statistics, data analysis,
- Previous experience with tools and systems for setting up and managing LiveOps,
- Practice with configuration in various formats (e.g. JSON).
